Do you ship to my province?
Yes. LiT ships to every Canadian province and territory — BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, QC, NB, NS, NL, PEI, NWT, Yukon, and Nunavut. We do not ship outside of Canada.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 2 to 3 business days coast to coast. All orders ship via tracked Xpresspost. You receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

How is my order packaged?
Every order ships in plain vacuum-sealed packaging with no indication of contents on the outside. No LiT branding, no cannabis references, no odour. The billing descriptor on your statement is equally neutral.

What is the free shipping threshold?
Free expedited shipping is automatically applied on orders over $149. Orders under $149 are charged a $19 flat rate shipping fee at checkout.

What is in your vape oil?
CO2-extracted cannabis oil and botanical food-grade terpenes. That is the complete list. No MCT oil, no propylene glycol, no vegetable glycerin, no Vitamin E acetate, no PEG. Every batch is third-party lab tested and all hardware is verified lead-free.

What is CO2 extraction and why does it matter?
CO2 extraction uses pressurized carbon dioxide to pull cannabinoids and terpenes from cannabis — no chemical solvents, no residue. It preserves the natural terpene profile of each strain and produces the cleanest possible oil. Most cheap vape brands use solvent extraction because it costs less. We don’t. Are your cartridges compatible with my battery?
Yes. All LiT cartridges use the standard 510-thread connection compatible with virtually every vape battery on the market. If you need a battery, our starter kits include everything from $39.

How long does a cartridge last?
A 500mg cartridge delivers approximately 100 to 200 puffs depending on draw length — typically one to two weeks for regular users. A 1000mg gives you twice the oil for $10 more and is significantly better value once you know your preferred strain.

How do I use my vape pen?
Screw the cartridge clockwise onto your battery until snug. The LiT pen is draw-activated — just inhale gently for 2 to 3 seconds. No buttons. Start with a single short draw and wait 5 minutes before your next draw, especially with a new strain.

What is the minimum age to order?
