The oil standard is the same. The main difference is cartridge capacity, price and how long it lasts for your personal usage pattern.

Terpenes are aromatic compounds found in cannabis and many other plants. They contribute to a strain’s smell and flavour. Individual products can have different terpene profiles, which is one reason two strains may taste noticeably different.

Inhaled cannabis is generally fast acting, but timing and intensity vary with the product, amount, device and individual. Start with a small draw, wait before using more and do not drive or operate machinery while impaired.

LiT refill cartridges use the common 510-thread connection and work with most compatible 510-thread vape batteries. Compatibility can still depend on the battery’s shape, airflow design and voltage range. Do not force a cartridge onto a battery.

Start at the lowest available setting, typically around 2.4V, and increase gradually only if needed. LiT generally recommends staying within approximately 2.4V to 3.2V. High voltage can overheat the oil, reduce flavour and produce a burnt taste.

1. Confirm that the battery is charged and turned on.
2. Remove the cartridge, wipe the contact points gently and reconnect it without overtightening.
3. Check that the airflow openings are not blocked.
4. Warm a cold cartridge in your hands for a minute; do not use an open flame or direct high heat.
5. Try the lowest voltage setting and take a gentle draw.

If it still does not work, contact LiT with your order number and a brief description of the problem.

Keep the cartridge upright at room temperature, warm it gently in your hands and take a short, gentle draw without pulling hard. Strong suction can pull excess oil into the airway. If your battery has a preheat function, use it only as directed by the battery manufacturer.

Store cartridges upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, children and pets. Keep the contact points clean. Turn off rechargeable batteries when not in use and follow the battery manufacturer’s charging instructions.

Most LiT disposable pens are draw-activated and arrive ready to use, but features vary by model. Check the product page and packaging to confirm whether the device is rechargeable or has an activation control. Dispose of used devices according to local battery and e-waste rules.

Orders that remain unpaid for 48 hours are automatically cancelled. A cancelled order cannot simply be returned to processing. Review the payment and returns policy before sending a late payment.
