    Most orders arrive in 2–5 business days coast to coast, tracked every step of the way. Urban areas (Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary, etc.) typically hit on the faster end — 2–3 days. Rural and northern addresses (NT, NU, YT, rural BC/AB) can take up to 5 days. You’ll get a tracking number emailed the moment your order ships.
    Yes. Every order ships in plain vacuum-sealed packaging with no branding, no logos, and no mention of LiT or cannabis anywhere on the outside. The return address is a neutral business name. Your neighbour, roommate, or mail carrier has no way of knowing what’s inside. This applies to every single order — no exceptions.
    Probably not. Canada Post and most couriers sometimes go quiet for 1–3 days mid-transit, especially between regional sorting hubs. Rural deliveries also scan less frequently. If there’s no update for 5+ business days, email us with your order number and we’ll investigate and update you fast. In rare cases of truly lost packages, we reship or refund.
    Check your spam / junk folder first — Gmail, Outlook, and Hotmail flag new-sender emails aggressively. Add [email protected] to your safe senders / contacts list. If it’s still not there after 30 minutes, email us with the name and address you registered with and we’ll resend it directly.
    We currently accept Interac e-Transfer from Canadian banks — it’s fast, secure, and works from any online banking app. Credit card processing for cannabis products in Canada is complicated by banking regulations, so we don’t currently offer it. Once your e-Transfer is received (usually within minutes), your order is processed.
    Nine times out of ten it’s an easy fix. First: press the battery button 5 times quickly to make sure it’s unlocked. Still not working? Check our Hardware FAQ for the full troubleshooting chart. If it’s genuinely defective, email us — we’ll take care of it.
    No. We only ship within Canada — every province and territory (BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, QC, NB, NL, NS, PE, NT, NU, YT). We do not ship to the US or internationally, and we don’t make exceptions. Crossing borders with cannabis is a federal offense even between legal jurisdictions.
    Your personal info is stored on SSL 256-bit encrypted servers and never shared or sold. Once your Photo ID is verified on your first order, we delete it from our servers — you don’t need to upload it again on future orders. Billing descriptors are neutral so nothing cannabis-related appears on your bank statement. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
    If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes — email us ASAP with your order number and we’ll update or cancel it. Once the order has a tracking number and is in transit, we can’t intercept it. Orders typically ship within 1 business day of payment received, so act fast if you need to make a change.
