Cannabis oil and condensation can gradually collect around the connection between a cartridge and battery. Keeping those areas clean can improve reliability and extend the useful life of your hardware.
With the battery switched off and disconnected from the charger, gently wipe accessible residue away with a cotton swab. If needed, use a very small amount of isopropyl alcohol on the swab and allow everything to dry completely before reconnecting or charging the device.

Vape Pen Lights Up but Doesn’t Produce Vapour
If your battery lights up normally but no vapour comes out, the battery may be working while the cartridge isn’t making a reliable electrical connection.

- Battery charge: Recharge a low battery first.
