This is new to me and I’m not sure on dosage, need to find some kind of measuring device! I have taken a small amount and just put under tongue to dissolve and absorb quickly for pain and inflammation – works well. Always sprinkled into my drink to sip on and ingest that way. No flavor really, easy to use and great for inflammation!
I tend to put too much in my hot chocolates, so I get high even if it’s just cbd. Still, I like that it’s sooo easy to use and that it relaxes my muscles completely.
