Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us directly. Once an order enters fulfillment, changes cannot be made. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout.

No. We ship exclusively within Canada — to all provinces and territories including BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, QC, NB, NL, NS, PE, NT, NU, and YT. We cannot ship internationally due to Canadian cannabis regulations.

Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. We ship same or next business day after your order is placed. BC and Alberta typically receive orders faster (2–3 days). Atlantic provinces may take slightly longer (4–5 days). Every order includes a tracking number.

Absolutely. Every LiT order ships in plain, vacuum-sealed packaging. There are no logos, brand names, product names, or any indication of contents visible on the outside. The return address on the package is a neutral business name — not LiT Vape Pens. This applies to every single order we send, without exception.

Free tracked shipping applies automatically to all orders of $149 or more. No code needed — it’s applied at checkout automatically. For orders under $149, a $19 flat rate shipping fee applies at checkout.

Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after shipping. If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 7 business days, please contact us with your order number. We’ll investigate with the carrier and either reship or refund — whichever you prefer.

We use Canada Post for most shipments. All orders are sent with tracked shipping so you can follow your package from dispatch to delivery. You’ll receive your tracking number by email when your order ships.

Approximately 200–300 puffs from a 500mg cartridge and 400–600 puffs from a 1000mg cartridge, depending on draw length and how frequently you use it. Longer, slower draws use more oil per puff than short ones.

Yes. Our CBD collection includes pure CBD cartridges and disposables made with the same zero-filler CO2-extracted formula as our THC products. CBD delivers calming, anxiety-relieving effects without any psychoactive high. Available in multiple strain options.

• Two ingredients: CO2-extracted cannabis oil (cannabinoids) and cannabis-derived terpenes. That’s it. We do not add MCT oil, propylene glycol (PG), vegetable glycerin (VG), Vitamin E acetate, artificial flavours, or any other additive. Every LiT product is pure cannabis oil — nothing more, nothing less.

MCT (medium-chain triglyceride) oil is a cheap coconut-derived filler widely used in cannabis vape cartridges to increase volume and reduce cost. When inhaled, MCT oil may contribute to lipid pneumonia — a condition caused by oil droplets entering the lungs. It also dilutes potency, meaning you get less cannabis per puff. We have never used it and never will.

Vitamin E acetate is a fat-soluble substance used as a cutting agent in cheap vape cartridges. In 2019, the CDC identified it as the primary cause of EVALI (e-cigarette or vaping product use-associated lung injury) — a severe lung illness that hospitalized over 2,800 people and killed dozens across North America. LiT has never used Vitamin E acetate in any product, from day one.

Yes. Every batch of LiT oil is tested by an independent third-party lab — not us — for cannabinoid potency, pesticide residue, residual solvents, and heavy metals. Our cartridge hardware is also tested for lead content. Nothing ships without a passing report.

Vaping cannabis oil does not involve combustion, which eliminates smoke, tar, and many of the combustion byproducts associated with smoking. However, vaping is not risk-free — particularly when products contain harmful additives like MCT oil, PG, VG, or Vitamin E acetate. LiT’s zero-filler, CO2-extracted oil eliminates those specific risks, but all inhalation carries some inherent considerations. We recommend consulting a healthcare professional if you have respiratory concerns.

• Indica: Typically delivers calming, body-heavy effects. Best for evening use, sleep, pain relief, and stress reduction. Examples: Grand Daddy Purple, Pink Kush, Northern Lights.
• Sativa: Typically delivers energizing, cerebral, uplifting effects. Best for daytime use, creativity, and focus. Examples: Durban Poison, Sour Diesel, Green Crack.
• Hybrid: A blend of Indica and Sativa characteristics. Effects depend on the ratio. Generally more balanced. Best for versatile all-day use. Examples: Blue Dream, Girl Scout Cookies, Wedding Cake.

• Blue Dream (Hybrid) is our most popular recommendation for new users. It produces a smooth, balanced effect that’s uplifting without being overwhelming, and relaxing without being sedating. Our Blue Dream Starter Kit — which includes a battery, cart, and charger — is the easiest way to begin. Start with 1–2 small puffs and wait 10–15 minutes before taking more.

For sleep, we recommend Candy Cane or Grand Daddy Purple. Both are potent Indicas with deeply sedating effects. For anxiety relief without heavy sedation, our CBD cartridges (Pineapple Express CBD) or a mild Hybrid like Blue Dream are popular choices. CBD delivers calming effects with no high.

Durban Poison and Sour Diesel are our top Sativa picks for daytime use. Both deliver clean, energizing, head-focused effects that many users find helpful for focus, creativity, and staying active. Avoid heavy Indicas during the day — they’re likely to make you want to nap.

Terpenes are the aromatic compounds in cannabis responsible for its smell and flavour — and they also influence effects. Myrcene (found in Indica-heavy strains) promotes relaxation and sedation. Limonene (citrus strains) elevates mood. Pinene improves alertness and focus. Caryophyllene has anti-inflammatory and stress-relieving properties. Because LiT uses CO2 extraction, our natural terpene profiles are fully preserved — unlike brands that use cheaper extraction methods or add artificial flavours.

• Yes. All LiT refill cartridges use the standard 510-thread connection, the universal standard used by virtually every vape pen battery on the market. They are compatible with batteries from all major brands. If you’re not sure whether your battery is compatible, check if it uses a 510-thread — if it does, LiT carts will fit.

• We recommend 2.4V – 3.2V for the best balance of flavour and vapour production. Lower voltages (2.4–2.8V) produce more flavourful, terpene-forward vapour. Higher voltages (2.8–3.2V) produce denser clouds. Voltages above 3.5V can burn the oil and degrade terpenes — this is what causes a harsh, burnt taste. Always start at the lowest setting and work up.

Try these steps: (1) Make sure the cart is firmly but not overtightly screwed into the battery. (2) Check that your battery is charged. (3) Warm the cartridge gently in your palm for 60 seconds — cold oil moves slowly. (4) Try a short “primer puff” — a quick, gentle inhale — before taking a full draw. (5) Check that the airflow holes at the base of the cart aren’t blocked. If none of these work, contact us and we’ll make it right.

No setup required. LiT disposable pens are draw-activated — simply inhale and they activate automatically. They come fully charged and pre-filled. When empty, dispose of the unit responsibly (check your local e-waste guidelines).

• We stand behind every product we ship. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. We want every customer to be completely satisfied.

• We’re unable to accept returns on opened products for preference-based reasons (such as not liking a strain after trying it). However, if your order arrived unopened and you made a clear mistake at checkout, contact us within 48 hours — we’ll do our best to help.

If your tracked order shows no carrier movement for more than 7 business days, contact us immediately. We’ll investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund. We’ve been shipping since 2019 and lost packages are extremely rare — but when it happens, we handle it.

• No. You can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account lets you track all your orders, reorder favourites with one click, and access your order history.
